A great hotel with a beautiful location; a bit worn, which they were fixing, but that didn’t affect our stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, top score there. We had a very pleasant stay and good breakfast. Highly recommend.

The beds were decent, but there was no hot water, and the room had paper cups as a standard. The bathroom lacked equipment like a water damage kit and napkins. I didn’t see any online notice that the restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday. A non‑alcoholic 33 cl beer cost 65 kr—quite a bit.

I never got any peace at night. My car got a flat and I was stuck at Ok in Malung. I slept with my sister in Malung because I couldn’t stay at the hotel without a working car. I didn’t get any money back, not even a single öre, even though it was an emergency. If I had stayed, I would have missed the chance to pick up the car after they fixed the tire and go to the funeral the next day.
