The service was exceptionally good and friendly, guiding us and giving advice from ordering to room recommendations and booking duration. We received a lot of help while there, the facilities were excellent and affordable, with plenty of CCTV inside and outside and a 24‑hour homestay guard, making us feel safe and well‑supported.

The staff were very kind yet kept a comfortable distance; the room was clean and the hot water was good. We couldn't visit Ijen Volcano because it was closed at the last minute, but I'd stay again when the chance arises.
