The staff were super kind and helped me solve a few issues, but the sheets were stained and there was a giant cockroach in the room, plus it was very noisy, so I rate it 5.0/10.

The bed was comfortable, and a single day was fine for relaxing, but I disliked the shower because it was impossible to get warm water—it was either scalding hot or ice cold, so they should check that. The internet was terrible; I work on my laptop and could barely get anything done.

The bed was comfortable, the room spacious, and the AC good, yet only one staff member spoke proper English professionally (thanks), while the rest fell short; our windows faced the corridor, forcing a choice between privacy or light and ventilation, and the street traffic made it very loud, so I rate it 6.0/10.
