I loved the breakfast, the staff, and the bath facilities, but there was no heating, no TV, the windows were open, and our son had to sleep without bedding the first night.

The staff were scarce and the restaurant experience was poor; Monday morning breakfast was a disaster—tasteless pastries, tables not cleared, a cramped buffet, no jam, etc. The evening buffet was also dull.

Getting there was easy and the resort was nice, though there were a few drawbacks: almost no parking when the hotel was fully booked, many breakfast items were missing and only sparsely restocked, and we booked a terrace room but received a balcony instead.
