The accommodation was very bad, the breakfast was messy, the shower was leaky and the toilet required towels to stay dry, and the breakfast spread was always the same, dirty, and needed constant reminders to be restocked.

The location was excellent and super central; the room was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast selection was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, but check‑in was a bit chaotic until you figured out parking, and the information on where exactly the reception was located was unclear because it was in the neighboring hotel.

The location was very good, but that was about it. The Hotel Mozart is a satellite of the Atlantic Palace, about 100 m away, where you also have to eat breakfast. Because guests from the Atlantic Palace and an apartment building also eat there, the breakfast room is too small, forcing people to stand while others finish and leave. The Mozart feels like a neglected chain hotel; the staff are not particularly friendly but do their job. The room service even enters when you say “do not disturb,” sometimes twice. The rooms were in a desolate state: worn furniture, stained sheets, a hanging curtain, a lamp with missing bulbs, and cracked tiles in the bathroom. The key card stopped working early on the departure day. Parking is supposedly available, but you can’t reserve it and can’t drive straight to the hotel; you must first park at Lusina parking garage or lot, then take the cable car down to the hotel. The parking garage was recommended but not told that you must reserve it; we parked at a rough gravel area at the garage rate. You feel like a fool who has to pay and then disappear.

The location was great, the view from the window was nice, and breakfast was excellent with a view of the landmark 👍
