The breakfast was an American style spread with Colombian flavors, and it was really good. The highlight for us was that the hotel was 100 % Pet Friendly, and our pet was treated like a hotel resident. The beach had no vendors and no vulnerable people, which was excellent. Unfortunately, during the dates we stayed, we couldn’t use the hotel’s transport service to go to Cartagena.

The hotel was a disaster when I arrived; it was in terrible condition and I was the only guest. The guard met me and told me which room I was in. The room was extremely large, but the single bathroom was very uncomfortable for such a big space. There were no towels, so I had to dry off with the sheet, and there was no shower soap. Despite all that, I had to pay 220,000 pesos.

The service and attention were the best. I have no complaints; everything was great.

The staff were very friendly. The room was dirty; I moved the beds so my daughters could sleep together and everything was still filthy. The pools were unclean and only one could be used. Dinner tasted bad and was scant for the price. Breakfast had no coffee or fruit. The facilities were under maintenance and we were only informed on arrival day. The address shown on booking isn’t the correct one for getting there.
