“Nice hotel but needs to improve service”
The hotel is very beautiful place, it has colonial style, the rooms are very beautiful, beds are big, bathrooms are big, very good location just a short walk from night market and Mekong river. I requested to be checked bedsheets and towels for cleanliness and ac working upon arrival , but when got into the room the ac had a problem and the swinging gate for the air didn’t work, it was hanging down broken wich made it have a noise as the ac tried to move it, they changed us to another room that felt as a downgrade, in the new room the towels had stains and when I went to ask for change it the woman seemed annoyed and sent me another guy to attend me, when we opened the bed, sheets had stains too, the bedsheets seems older than me, I’m 40yo, I didn’t want to complain again as they felt annoyed the first time and I was gonna be there just one night, I belive it was washed but just not a minimum care about to make it more clean or retire it and they just keep using it. Only given two small and thin body towels, you have to use them when you wash your hands and when get a shower. Showerhead was never cleaned. The tv wasn’t plugged and behind the tv was full of dust as not been cleaned for more than one year. The breakfast is really poor, needed to go out to find something else to not feel hungry, even the photos shown for choose the meal are not the same they give to you, the honey w the pancake is liquid as water, it’s not honey
