Rooms tidy and clean, breakfast superb, the heating worked perfectly :), great location to the center, parking provided, the host is warm and always friendly to please guests. All in all, SUPER.

Breakfast excellent, location excellent, staff unobtrusive but always there when needed.

The location is great, parking is available, the heating works well, the food is excellent, and the host does a great job. The only issue was the hot water control in the bathroom—it either didn't work, was too hot, or too cold. I think this is a temporary glitch that will likely be fixed, and it doesn't affect the overall positive impression.
