The beachside location is beautiful, with large, spacious grounds full of varied trees and shrubs. You can access the beach directly, which borders the property. The swimming pool is very nice. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The room was smaller than I expected for the price, a bit cramped. My main complaint was a poorly fitting door with gaps underneath that let in flies and mosquitoes, and once a huge cockroach appeared. It is obvious that an unskilled odd‑job man, not a proper carpenter, fitted the door.

The location is great. The place is wide and cool, and the scenery is calming. The staff are helpful. The rooms have low maintenance; they are odorous, including pillows and blankets. My mom and others got bed‑bug bites after sleeping there. The sinks are clogged. The water supply turns on and off. The place has great potential, I just wish they maintained it well.

The room was okay and matched the pictures. The pool was pretty cool. I booked a room through Booking. A normal room would have cost about 8000 PHP. Then I saw a deal: the room that normally costs 28,000 PHP was reduced to 14,000 PHP. So I thought, “Wow, a room for almost 30k – normally that would be a luxury room in a pricey resort.” When we arrived, we were given a room at the very beginning of the resort, far from the beach, pool, and restaurant. The room was fine and matched the pictures, but those same pictures were also used for the standard room at 8000 PHP. So I still wonder where the supposed added value or the original price difference of 20,000 PHP was supposed to be. The staff on site blamed Booking and said I should complain directly there. In the end, I didn’t do anything because the effort was too much. We were out most of the day and only spent evenings at the resort. The restaurant also got some minus points from me. About half of the drinks and food menu seemed unavailable. It felt almost as if the restaurant wasn’t properly stocking or restocking. On top of that, sometimes you had to wait almost an hour for food even with a pre‑order. The food itself was okay, but overall the restaurant left a not‑so‑great impression.

The staff are friendly. There are shower problems, cleanliness issues, and constant Wi‑Fi problems.
