The location is great, a 5–10 minute walk to Galata Tower or the waterfront, the room is clean, has a balcony with a nice view, the bed is quite comfortable, the air conditioning is quiet, no cigarette smell, and breakfast is filling (though not a buffet). The kitchen in the room is useless – only a kettle, sink, and glasses, no stove, dishes, or cutlery, just empty cupboards. The hotel sits at a busy transport junction, so it’s very noisy even with the windows closed, and the windows themselves are dirty.
