I had a very good time in the caravan and enjoyed a nice breakfast; the place was quite pleasant overall. However, the cleanliness could use some work, the shower water was either too cold or scaldingly hot, and every piece of bedroom furniture was broken, letting in too much light at night.

Breakfast was early and basic, but it matched the price‑quality ratio. The water pressure and temperature were inconsistent, making showering unpleasant—especially with a shower head that clearly needed replacement, turning the experience into a series of splashes. It was also quite far from Siena’s center, and there was no bus stop nearby.

The place was very quiet. There was a sewage smell in our bathroom, which I reported to reception; they closed the bathroom door to keep the odor out of the room. Apart from that, everything was fine for a short stay.

The location was wonderful, the food good, and the staff very helpful and friendly; I’ll definitely return. The only downside was that the outlets were German standard; I suggest providing a German‑to‑Italian plug adapter. This is not criticism but a suggestion.
