“Lovely clean and tidy. Perfect Alton towers location. Pub food and staff were lovely!”

The property has a very rustic feel in a modern way, with a comfy bed and cozy pillows. The TV wasn’t connected to Wi‑Fi, so I couldn’t sign into any TV apps, like Netflix or Disney.

“Handy for a one night stay but the cleaners need to up their game.”

The facilities are modern and new. The room and decor are lovely and beautifully designed. There was a cute little bottle of fresh milk for coffee in the morning. The shower trap was filthy and smelly, and there were toothpaste drips all down the front of the sink from previous guests. The bed wasn’t that comfy and was lumpy. If I stayed again, I’d ask for a fold‑out bed for the other guest because the current one was too small for two people.

“Lovely stay . Would book again but not the room for 4 adults”

The room is big, with clean bedding and comfy beds. There are some big cobwebs and dust in places, but overall it’s clean. You can book for 4 adults in a room, but I’m not sure the bunk beds are suitable for adults.
