The front‑desk staff and everyone else were very helpful and friendly, giving great assistance. For a first‑time visitor to Pattaya attending a marathon, it felt like home, with family‑like support. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a balcony that had a simple sink – very practical. The surrounding area had a golf driving range with a wide view, providing a peaceful break during the trip. Transport-wise, the beach area was only about 1.5 km away, and the bus stop was about 500 m, making travel arrangements very convenient.

“Very annoying after driving 10 hours and 30 minutes to get there only to be given one bed for three people.”

We were excited about the nice swimming pool and the first room we got was comfortable, but the hotel doesn’t actually have the rooms they advertised. We booked a room with a double bed and a single bed, expecting our child to stay for free, yet they charged 500 baht per night for a camp bed that was so uncomfortable our son wanted to go home to his own bed. The staff member Celia was very rude and abrupt, offered no help, didn’t upgrade us, and placed us in the front of the hotel on the main road where it was very noisy. She told us we had a free upgrade to a garden view, but the next day we were charged for the child’s camp bed. The photo that was advertised and what we actually received were completely different.
