We were able to check out late for 50 % of the night's rate until 4 pm, booked a tour to the Vinh Moc tunnels with them and it was fine. We could check in because the room was ready. The freezer in the fridge had some mold, but otherwise everything was okay.

The hotel's location was good and it was reasonably priced, but unfortunately the cleanliness was a major letdown. It was really not up to par.

We had a wonderful welcome at this hotel, and our room was a real highlight - it was bright, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The daily housekeeping was a nice touch, and the room was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the Citadelle and all the local amenities, including restaurants and cafes. We even rented bikes from a nearby cafe, which was really convenient. We'd definitely stay here again on our next trip.
