The place was super clean, the pool area was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly.

My stay at this hotel was marred by several issues. While the location was great and the staff were very friendly, the bathrooms were in poor condition, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the facilities were old and outdated. The towels were also dirty and stained. To make matters worse, the hotel's location on 5th Avenue meant that there was a lot of noise until very late at night.

The only good thing about this hotel is its central location, and I appreciated having access to hot water and a convenient airport transfer. However, I was extremely disappointed with the hotel's overall quality. The metal doors in the rooms allowed noise from outside to seep in, and the rooms with a window facing the hallway made it impossible to open the curtains.
