I was disappointed by the location near the Las Vegas strip, but the AC was unbearably loud, the bed and pillows were too soft and hurt my neck and spine, and the kitchen chair and faucet were broken, among other issues.

Almost nothing to praise. The cleanliness was awful, the staff were unhelpful, the pool was closed without warning, the rooms smelled of smoke, bathroom lights didn’t work, the safe was broken for the entire 5‑day stay even after I reported it on day 1.

The bed was comfortable, but that’s basically all I liked. The cleanliness was terrible, the staff were unhelpful, cigarette butts were in the room and it smelled of smoke, the safe was broken, and the bathroom lights didn’t work.

We liked the location and the view, free parking, the room was very clean, and the kitchenette was available if needed. The bell desk was very helpful. The walk to the parking garage was a downside.
