We spent two nights and three days at Rixos Bab Al Bahr last weekend with a group of four families, and I owe a special thank you to Mr. Mehmet for being extremely helpful during check‑in and throughout our visit. The sea was only nice in the morning because of the tide; after that it wasn’t great. Since the main restaurant was under renovation, the dining area was moved to a conference hall, which cut down the options and felt more like a typical 4‑star hotel breakfast and dinner. The renovation noise also reached the main pool and Isla Bar during the day, and starting a renovation project just before the school mid‑term break seemed ill‑timed.

“The pleasant atmosphere and convenient all-inclusive concept made the stay enjoyable”

The hotel offered beautiful pools, clean and comfortable rooms, and staff who were friendly and helpful; the facilities were well maintained, making for an overall pleasant stay. I was disappointed that, even with the all‑inclusive package, I couldn’t have a coffee at check‑out, and I think the hotel should give guests more flexibility on their departure day to improve the overall experience.

“AMAZING”

The meat point was good, and both the breakfast and lunch buffets were good, but the swimming pool was full of kids running around and causing disturbance.
