This place was advertised as luxury.it was disgusting. The bathroom was dirty. It was advertised as having toiletries.it didnt even have toilet paper !!!! I ordered a room for 3 people. It only had one single bed. I ordered a room with cooking facilities, there was none. The TV did not work. I was very very unhappy and had to move to a different hotel

The staff at this place really made my stay special - the girl at the front desk had an amazing personality and was super helpful. It's clear they're doing something right with their customer service.

The hotel's location was a major plus, with plenty of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. However, the cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired - the bathroom was dirty and the common areas were no better. It's clear that the hotel could use a thorough renovation to bring it up to a decent standard.

I just needed a place to crash for the night, so I wasn't expecting much, but the real letdown was when I arrived to find the room still hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest - there were even towels left behind. To make matters worse, the receptionist seemed to be sleeping on the job.

The location of this hotel is a major plus - there are loads of restaurants nearby, so you can easily grab a bite to eat. However, the Family Room I booked was a bit of a letdown - it was right next to a busy street, so it was hot and noisy. Luckily, they were able to transfer us to a Deluxe Room, which was much quieter and cooler. We ended up having a good night's sleep in the end.
