The property is a 20‑minute walk from the city centre, with a few pubs within a 5‑minute stroll and several convenience stores nearby. Honestly, it was exactly what I needed and great for the price I paid.

For that low price everything was almost perfect

This is a low budget guest house, it’s not glamorous it does what it says on the tin and the staff are really nice

The host is very friendly and helpful, and you won’t find better value for money. The accommodation sits at the top of a hill, which is inconvenient when walking from the tram stop.

The room was a nice size, came with a fridge and tea and coffee supplies, and the owner was friendly. We enjoyed our stay, but it just needs updating in terms of decorations, carpets, etc.
