The customer service was good, but the room didn't have a smoke detector and smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke, so I couldn't stay more than two hours because the odor was so strong.

Nothing noteworthy. The place was dirty, the sink drain was blocked, and water from the other room leaked into ours.
