The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but we booked only for the rooftop and when we arrived they told us it was reserved for a private event; they also offer no birthday perks, which feels like a shortfall for a hotel that markets itself as high quality.

I stayed in a large room at a very well‑located hotel that served decent coffee, but the pool area was unhygienic with dirty glass and a filthy pool, and the infrastructure was lacking—keys were dropped, there was no toilet paper, and the worst part was bat nests that hovered over guests, falling into the pool and walking among people. The place is pretty, yet it missed attention to detail; the terrace rented for events, which is the main attraction, was too small, and the platform fee didn’t match what the hotel offered upon arrival.
The location couldn’t be better, close to several restaurants and just a few meters from the coast; the rooftop restaurant is also excellent, offering a view of the sunset from a very privileged spot. The breakfast was terrible, with very few options and no butter; only two types of bread and no cakes, which was disappointing given the room rate we paid.
