The spot is well‑situated and pretty nice, but the bed cushions are terrible and unusable, the blinds and kitchen light are broken, the lace curtain in the spare room is torn, and the place needs a bit of TLC.

The area feels unsafe at night; we’re over 70 and felt uneasy on the way to the house. The beds weren’t made with fresh bedding, a dirty cup was left in the microwave, and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned.
