I was not pleased with this stay. The rooms were terribly dirty and smelled like a 20‑year‑old bar with smoke. The outlets were hanging off the wall and there were indeterminate stains on the sofa. The rooms were dilapidated and filthy, with a lingering cigarette odor as if someone had been smoking there recently. The shower was grimy and covered in mold. The toilet was a nightmare—urine and feces everywhere. The outlets were dangling on loose cables from the wall.

“Fürchterlich”

Nothing. The room was filthy, the bedding stank, the room smelled of mold, the TV was broken, the window was smashed, and cold air poured in—a complete affront. I’m considering legal action and demanding a refund; a room that is intolerable should not be rented. The toilet was a catastrophe—unhygienic and should be reported to the health department.

Nothing. It was very dirty, stank badly, and there were small insects like spiders. The rooms were separated; the toilet was on another floor, and the rooms were generally spread out in the apartment. There was mold, a broken window, and we booked another hotel that same day for about 400 €. We felt very uncomfortable; the humidity was terrible. I request a refund; we did not sleep there. “I want my money back”

Nothing. Everything was awful, the place was dirty, unsafe, and super‑dirty.

⭐ 1/5 A truly disappointing experience. Since moving to Germany, this has been by far the worst hotel/hostel I’ve stayed in—especially for the price: 62 € for two people. For what is offered, it’s far too expensive. From the moment we entered, a strong, unpleasant odor greeted us. The bathroom was in a terrible state: no toilet paper, the bathtub was yellowish, dirty, and covered in black spots. It was so unhygienic that I couldn’t even shower. The room door couldn’t be properly locked; even with the latch or lock, it wouldn’t stay closed. That’s unacceptable—guest safety and privacy must be guaranteed. Then there was extreme nighttime noise. A group of men apparently drank, listened to music, and celebrated loudly until about 3 a.m. No sleep was possible. I had to get up around 4 a.m. to catch the flight, so I practically slept none that night. I’ve stayed in much cheaper accommodations in Germany and never experienced anything like this. For 62 € for two people, I expected something completely different. I cannot recommend this hostel. The price is far too high for the conditions offered. Cleanliness, quiet, safety, and the bathroom’s condition were unacceptable to me.
