“Very different from how advertised. Got food poisoning from the included breakfast that we were charged for.”

It was very different from how it was advertised. There was no electricity, the doors wouldn't close letting in huge bugs, no shower, breakfast wasn't included as advertised and I had to pay for it. I got food poisoning from the breakfast.

“Avoid Danger Avoid”

They provided WiFi, but that was the extent of it. There was no water, no shower, and the toilets didn't flush. They kept pushing me to use their driver from a town down; he was so exhausted that he had to take a 2‑hour nap to get us there safely, meaning I arrived at the property after midnight. I politely told them about the problems to help them fix them, but they ignored me. I don’t think they cared about the issues. This is a fraudulent property and I will petition to remove it for the safety of future travelers. I wouldn’t sentence a criminal to stay here. Avoid at all costs!

“A natural experience with all the necessary amenities to be in harmony with nature.”

The room was great, and I could see the starry sky right from my bed. The staff was very personable, and I really enjoyed my experience at the camp. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves stargazing.

“Mala atención”

Unfortunately, it was a bad experience. The accommodation had air leaks, the dome froze inside, breakfast was served at another hostel, there was no light, and the staff offered no help because they left when we were the only guests. Security was poor, they made us connect a bare cable to get light, there was no heating or hot water, and there was no potable water to drink.

The stay was at the foot of the Andes in glass domes. There was no hot water for showers, and it was very cold during my visit.
