The location and parking were convenient, and the bedding was comfortable, but the staff gave no information about how to access the spa or connect to the Wi‑Fi, an employee even entered our room to drop off dishes we hadn’t ordered and claimed we were at fault without offering an apology, and overall the price didn’t match the experience: the breakfast buffet was basic, the room was old and dusty.

The hotel complex was nice, the beds were great, the bath was fine, and it was safe and in a decent spot, yet the air‑conditioning failed, the room temperature rose to 25 degrees, windows opened to let in noise and light that woke us, the restaurant and bar were closed on Sunday and Monday, the outside bar was shut, steel chairs had no cushions, the shower was a hassle—pressing against the wall to get wet, panels fell off, the plug system broke, a nail broke trying to get it out to drain, the fridge was a deep freeze that froze every bottle and can solidly, ruining my insulin injections, and the reception looked like a total mess with cases and people half the time; it felt more like a 2‑star than a 4‑star hotel in many respects, and I’d have preferred the better‑staffed 2‑star option.
