It was a horrible place to stay; you could hear traffic all night. We checked in on a Saturday, and when I went on Sunday for fresh towels I was told they didn’t have housekeeping that day. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I did not like anything about it.

I never got to stay at the hotel because they denied me service even after I called ahead to inform them of a late check‑in and followed their policy and procedures; I’m extremely disappointed and want a refund right now.

The price was reasonable and the washer and dryer were handy, but the bed needs updating, there should be more plugs by the bed for phones, and a coffee pot would be appreciated.

The only good thing was the proximity to our destination. We asked for a quadriplegic room with a roll‑in shower, were shown photos that were false, and when we arrived the room had no roll‑in shower and no mobility features; I could barely fit my wheelchair in, and my husband had to help me in the bathroom. The motel was just wrong, and the swimming pool had no water, so my husband couldn’t swim even if he wanted to.
