We loved how close the hotel was to the event, but the parking instructions were unclear and the valet never showed up.

The hotel had charm, the room was compact but the shower was excellent, and I appreciated the Korres shampoo and the flatbread pizza on the bar. However, the valet took over 90 minutes, the security guard Tim helped with parking, and the neighborhood feels a bit sketchy.

The rooms were clean and the front‑desk staff were friendly, yet the rooms were tiny, lacked standard furniture, and only had a fold‑down table/desk. Clothes were hung on cleverly installed wall hangers, and there was a single stool/luggage stand with a backrest that could be pulled out for seating, but space was still tight. Every item at breakfast—fruit, microwave sandwiches, hard‑boiled eggs, yogurt, etc.—was packaged in a fridge and charged individually; my mom’s yogurt/fruit/granola parfait was five days old and tasted stale. Valet parking cost $25 per night plus a $1.50 phone fee, and the suggested tip for retrieving the car was $8.00 plus a phone fee. Street‑side rooms were plagued by loud motorcycles and music until after 1:00 am. No free parking, no free breakfast, a cramped room, and a lot of noise made this a cute but not repeatable stay.
