Unique location, huge room, free breakfast with big selection of food. It was provided only one bottle of water for 4 days stays, no kettle , no coffeemaker, no microwave . Room has a lot of space for dancing, but no convenient space to work on laptop

The location was great, very close to the Tre Cime, and I would highly recommend it. The downside was that the outdoor parking had limited spots, so you couldn't drive anywhere because you weren't sure you’d have a space when you returned. In our room the shower head came off while showering; I tried to reattach it but I'm not sure it stayed on.

The location was convenient, but there was mold in the bathroom that made it smell terrible; we didn’t let our 4‑month‑old baby use that bathroom, and after two days of complaining at reception we finally received a different room.

The location is absolutely perfect. Walkable from the lake and just 15 minutes drive from the Tre Cime parking lot. The parking is nice. The biggest plus is the pool. The water had a great temperature and was really clean!. The staff isnt customer friendly and doesnt wanna run the extra mile for the customers, but i must say that we had this with everyone in Misurina, so maybe thats just normal for them, which is fine. The room didnt have ac or climate control or an extraction fan for that matter. So the only way to get fresh air is by opening a window. They arent allergy friendly with the breakfast and offer 0 allergy warnings
