Good Location and great value for money, helpful staff, and the beds were comfortable; the only complaint was that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, so they had to move us to different rooms until we found one with a functioning A/C.

I'm extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by the staff during my recent stay. Despite being a regular guest who had stayed with them for a month last time, I was met with rudeness when I asked about my Digi locker documents. The staff member claimed they weren't approved, but I couldn't understand why that was the case. Needless to say, I won't be returning and will make sure my company blocks all future bookings with this hotel.

While my stay at this hotel had some redeeming qualities, it was ultimately let down by a few major issues. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, which was a plus. However, I was disappointed to find a cockroach in my room, and the wifi coverage inside the room was extremely poor. It's a shame, because with a bit more attention to detail, this hotel could be a real gem.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel was comfortable for my family, and we enjoyed our time there. The only thing that would have made our stay even better was if the hotel had addressed a few minor issues we encountered.
