The room was comfortable but a bit noisy from the road, which was expected. It's a shame Ibis now charges for parking, which would make me look at other options when staying in Leicester. The breakfast lacks some luster.

I loved that we stayed in 1st floor room 8, which helped my wife with mobility issues; I’d definitely book again next trip. Nothing else, just wish I’d booked for longer.

Very good location. The bedroom had stains on the carpet, and the sofa/bed had leather rips.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, and the location is ideal—just a 10‑minute walk into town. Every meal was well cooked, though the furniture in the man lounge feels dated.
