We had parking on site and it was close to the main road. The room needed cleaning; we asked staff every day for three nights to clean under the bed because my son kept throwing his toys there, but no one ever did. They also have a large wedding hall, and two weddings were happening while we were there, so it was odd to walk in with luggage amid a fancy event. Finding someone when you need help was hard, and even when we tried WhatsApp, no one assisted.

We had a cozy, spacious room in a quiet spot. Breakfast was very good. The place feels a bit run down, especially the bathroom, but it gets the job done.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s probably the closest thing to a hotel in Bokonbayevo and a great base. Breakfast was honestly one of the best parts; when we asked what time it was, they simply asked, “What time would you like it?” Such a nice touch. They served eggs, sausages, salad, heaps of fresh bread, and finished with waffles and cherries. We definitely didn’t leave hungry. The staff were friendly, everything was clean and comfortable, and we’d happily stay again if we returned to the area.
