My requests were met when I asked for them. The organization’s standardization prevents service quality improvement; they lack 1. hand towels 2. tissues 3. basic room cleaning 4. corridor vacuuming 5. clean elevator mirrors 6. pre‑room checks of light bulbs and AC sounds that disturb a comfortable rest. My criticisms are sincere and aimed at future corporate image improvement.
