The staff were friendly and breakfast at the location was amazing, but when we requested housekeeping the room was not cleaned.

The hotel was stunning, and the staff were very polite. I enjoyed the wide range of dining options, from breakfast in the morning all the way to the rooftop bar at night. Nothing else stood out as a problem.

The room was spotless, but the labeling was confusing and hard to locate; the elevator signs could use improvement. The lobby furniture could use a refresh, as some areas looked worn and dingy.
