The location and welcome were good, but they could remove the abandoned state in the garden, the mattresses, and generally improve the material quality.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious, everyone at the guest house was extremely welcoming, we felt at home, and we appreciated the dinner recommendations and kindness.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city centre and river; the owners lovingly maintain the house and are very kind and attentive to all our needs. The room was brilliant with very comfortable beds, quality bedding and towels, and extra amenities like a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious! The only small improvement would be to provide body wash and shampoo in the en‑suite.
