I didn’t have breakfast, but the coffee was good. The location was great, and a restaurant a block away offered live entertainment, good food, and drinks. The bed was quite comfortable, and I felt rested when I got up in the morning. The cleaner used had a very strong scent.

The sheets were so dirty that you could tell the property had really gone downhill. This was my first time staying there in over a year. It used to be my go-to place whenever I visited Palestine, Texas. It was always nice, clean, and a great value. Now it’s dirty and run-down. The police were there when I checked in. It’s sad to see that the business has declined like this

Everything was off‑kilter: a one‑hour power cut, a room that wasn’t quiet despite my request, a TV that was almost impossible to change channels, and the staff’s courtesy was disastrous.
