Everything – the location, the pools, the size of our room, the BBQ night with music, the service – was truly excellent!

The location and free parking inside the hotel grounds were great. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The elevators were extremely slow, so if the hotel is busy, the stairs are the easiest option.

The pools were great, the breakfasts offered a wide variety which was awesome, and the reception staff were very kind and helpful, greeting everyone with a smile. I appreciate that, and one of the staff members was a real gem. Spending a few days in this paradise was a treat 😘😘 I hope I can return someday… The only downside was the pillow and the fact that towels and sheets weren’t changed during my 5‑day stay 🤷♂️ sorry…

This hotel is truly amazing. It’s great that they have family rooms so our daughter didn’t have to sleep on a sofa or a pull‑out bed. The staff are super clean and friendly. Rooms are also spacious. You can also get towels at reception for the thermal baths. Absolutely perfect.
