The location is good, but the place is very noisy. Also, it isn’t obvious that the building has shared bathrooms and no Wi‑Fi, and the setup feels under‑renovated, offering little comfort for guests.

The room was huge, the staff were friendly, and the location was close to the city center—what a great stay.

The spot is handy, just a short walk from Maria SMN train station and the coach terminal at Piazzale Montelungo, and the host kept me in the loop with check‑in details. Everything ran smoothly, and there were plenty of nearby places to eat and a Spar. Walking distance to Florence’s main sights is easy. The room was clean, comfy, and the AC worked well. The only downside was the street noise from the tram line that runs next to it.
