“Very nice experience”
I was in Cartagena for a week‑long conference with my mom (97), her nurse aide, and my sister, and we had no idea the entrance had 24 steps and the apartment required 13 steps to reach the bedroom. My mom uses a wheelchair, so those steps were a big obstacle, and we cut our stay to just three days. After the third day we decided the location, service, and overall experience were good enough to extend to the full 10‑day conference. The place was cleaned daily, staff resolved every issue immediately, and I received an email beforehand with arrival time, key pickup, etc. The location is fantastic, the AC was excellent—essential in this climate—and the pool needed better handles because it was hard to get in and out. Overall, a very nice stay. Thanks to the Casa Cordoba staff for a job well done! The downside was the many steps, including 17 to reach the pool, and we requested a china set for four people but only received three, though we were given extra plates and cups.
