I stayed in a very central spot, but the exit gate had no warning that there were no censors, and we had a minor incident when we left the property.

Customer service fell short of expectations: this morning I couldn’t locate the helper at reception, the room lacked an iron and ironing board, so I had to wear un‑ironed clothes and then search for the helper to drop the keys, only to find no one there; I had to leave the property by shouting at the gate because no staff attended to the sole guest present, which was quite disappointing.
