Besides the well‑cared, comfortable setting, the treatment by Vitália and Cristiane is excellent.

The property was very clean and well maintained, with a great shared kitchen offering complimentary coffee, tea, and cookies. The central location made it easy to explore Ponta Delgada, with restaurants and shops just a short walk away, and the airport was also conveniently close.

The entire complex has several rooms. We saw that other rooms are spacious and large. Our three‑person room was, however, very small and had a tiny bathroom. We really liked the fully equipped shared kitchen, with tasty coffee and cookies. The property is centrally located in Ponta Delgada, close to restaurants and shops. In the room above us, the floor creaked terribly and every step was audible, making it hard to sleep.

The location is impeccable and the facilities are excellent. Because it’s in a bar area, there’s a bit of noise at night.
