“Séjour charmant en plein centre de la Canée”
Superb room with all the equipment and exceptional charm!!! The décor is gorgeous, the comfort is top, and breakfast is superb. Nothing to mention; it was a wonderful evening and night. No nearby parking; you have to walk a few minutes with your luggage, but the quality of the stay makes it worthwhile!

The location is great, right in the old town and surprisingly quiet. The beds were too soft for us, and the air‑conditioning in the breakfast room was not used.

The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was excellent, with service that matched the quality. The only downside was a noticeable bleach smell in the room, possibly from the AC or because it was an interior room.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast excellent. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town. The rooftop is nice, though it’s just a seating area with no bar. The rooms aren’t soundproof: a ticking AC on the ground floor kept me awake every night, and I could hear conversations from other guests or staff early in the morning right outside my room, waking me up daily. The room wasn’t clean enough—dust in the corner, spider webs, black mould in the bathroom, rusty bits on the faucet and tap. Overall, not a 4‑star experience.
