The pleasant scent throughout the house, the cleanliness, the attention to guests, and the décor were all great. The only downside was the lack of a small capsule coffee machine.

The location was very good, the décor lovely, the cleaning solid, and the staff were friendly. The shared kitchen was a drawback, and we had a crying baby in the room above whose noise could be heard all night. At the thermal pool, the attendant was not very friendly.

The location is excellent, just at the entrance coming from Castell de Belmonte and in front of a park. It’s also very convenient because you can park right at the door. The house is large and the rooms are very spacious, almost like a small apartment with a living room, bedroom, and private bathroom. The impeccable cleanliness and space are noteworthy. We really appreciated having a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and cookies in the room for a quick breakfast. On the second floor there’s a small but well‑equipped kitchen (glass‑ceramic hob, stove, microwave, and cooking utensils) in case you need to prepare something. Mª José took care of us perfectly; she’s very kind and friendly. A big bonus is that the accommodation includes 1 hour of access to the Cova Spa at Hotel Bálsamo, a totally recommendable experience that makes a difference.

Everything was very good. The breakfast was excellent, as was the spa gift. The only issue was the bathroom on the upper floor.
