The host is very nice and everything is lovingly set up, with an air‑conditioner. I was able to check in early without any issues. It’s very close to the sea, and you can get there easily via a tunnel without crossing the highway. Some breakfast items were already there, so I didn’t have to shop for two nights. I felt very comfortable. The downside is that I could hear the highway traffic at night even with the windows closed; the road runs right in front of the window. Through the railing you can actually see the sea from the bathroom window, so the view is pretty good.

The building is new and clean, the welcome was perfect, the owners are friendly and professional—better than I expected. The place in Fano is beautiful, well‑served, and full of events.

“Viaggio molto piacevole”

The owners are very kind, and inside the apartment they left a welcome breakfast with a delicious chocolate dessert, cereals, single‑serving Nutella and jams, crackers, and cookies. The fridge had milk, various yogurts, and a litre of juice. They were ready to solve any issue (for example, when the AC broke, they moved us to another apartment on the floor above instantly and even helped with the luggage). The local restaurants are very good, great value. The place is well sound‑proofed, which is almost essential for children who need to sleep without nighttime noise. The only drawback is that there aren’t many shops nearby; you have to go to the centre, which is 1.5 km away, but that’s a subjective point.
