The Vacation Home has a fully equipped kitchen and a seating area with a TV. It sleeps 15 guests and features 9 private bathrooms with walk-in showers and free toiletries. The kitchen is also equipped with a refrigerator, kitchenware, an oven, and a microwave, and there are dining areas both indoors and outdoors.

A private patio extends from the chalet, offering outdoor space for the guests. The interior includes three beds that accommodate up to six people, a fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, oven and microwave, and a seating area with a flat‑screen TV and electric kettle. One private bathroom serves the chalet.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly hidden gem – we really didn’t want to leave! I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. From the moment we arrived, everything had been considered, and Wendy was absolutely amazing. She was warm, attentive, and helpful without ever being intrusive – honestly, she could not have made our stay any better. The lodge itself was beautiful, peaceful, private, and incredibly relaxing, right beside the river and surrounded by stunning countryside. The hot tub was incredible, the BBQ was ready to go, firewood was waiting for us, and the lodge had everything we could possibly need. The little touches made it special – tea, coffee, milk and sugar ready for us, essentials in the drawers, games, puzzles, and toys for the children… you could see that someone had really thought about what would make a family’s stay easy and enjoyable rather than just providing a place to sleep. For families, it was perfect. There was a play area literally outside the lodge, plenty for the children to do, and it was great for our dog too. Wendy also told us about a lovely little walk through the nearby forest, which we absolutely loved. One of the biggest things for us was how inclusive and accessible it was. Having a family member with a disability can sometimes mean that places look lovely online but, once you arrive, they simply don’t work for everyone. That wasn’t the case here. She was able to enjoy the holiday and the amenities with the rest of us, which meant a huge amount. It was worth every penny. Peaceful, private, family‑friendly, dog‑friendly, disability‑friendly, and run by someone who genuinely cares that her guests have the best possible stay. We arrived hoping for a relaxing few days away and left wishing we’d booked longer. Wendy, you have created something truly special. Thank you for looking after us so wonderfully. The only thing we didn’t like was that we hadn’t booked to stay longer! 😂 We genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing – if we’d known how much we’d love it, we’d have booked more days. ❤️

Amazing, spacious, immaculate; loved the hot tub! Kids loved the play area. We really enjoyed ourselves in a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Wendy was an amazing, friendly lady who chatted away so nicely! The TV in the bedroom was great for the little one watching cartoons, etc. Everything you needed was in the cupboards; we even had a fire out back for s’mores. 10/10. Nothing to comment!

Clean, comfortable, and good use of space; the hot tub, BBQ, and fire pit were all excellent. Couldn’t get the oven to work, but the BBQ came to the rescue.
