The staff were wonderfully helpful and attentive. The room was fairly large, very quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was excellent, with everything close by – train station, airport, good restaurants, and shops. The lobby was sparse and the front desk wasn’t always staffed.

Cleanliness was good. The ice machine was missing.

Perfect for stays near Kansai‑Osaka airport – two train stops away (and the station is a 3‑minute walk). Very clean and comfortable. The pillows were a bit too soft.

The triple room was larger than typical Japanese inns, allowing two suitcases to be spread out flat, and it was close to the station with a convenience store and bakery‑café nearby in the morning, making it handy even without a provided breakfast.
