“Not really a hotel, overpriced and bad service”

I stayed in this old building, which had its charm, but it was not what I expected. The owner contacted me via WhatsApp, asking for a wire transfer and giving me a 4-bed dorm instead of a private room. The room wasn't cleaned properly, and I had to clean the toilet myself. Breakfast wasn't served as promised, and I was told it was because of a group with exclusive use. For $144 a night, I expected a lot more, especially considering the sketchy location and entrance.

Stay far away from this place - the owner is a total scammer. I was taken advantage of and it was a disaster. Don't waste your time or money.

“FRAUDE Y ESTAFA”

This place is a total scam. The room was ridiculously laid out with a double bed downstairs and two single beds upstairs accessed by a rickety ladder. Traveling with my 80-year-old parents and having a broken foot, it was impossible for us to stay there. To make matters worse, they quoted me $100,000 for four people, not $60,000 like it said in the ad. When I showed up in the afternoon, they claimed I had to check in in the morning, even though the ad said 2 pm.

The place is really nicely done, with a lot of attention to detail, and the shared kitchen is well-equipped. That's about all I can say, as I didn't experience much else.

This place is amazing - comfy, beautiful, and the service from Lily was top-notch. She was always looking out for us and made us feel right at home. Huge thanks for everything, and we'll definitely be back in the summer to enjoy the pool!
