The room was gorgeous, but being in the ZTL zone meant no taxi service or anything to carry luggage. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and there was no bathroom kit except soap and shower gel. The shower looked nice but lacked privacy because you could see the person showering from inside the room. The breakfast spot was far away, and the only sweet option was available; I had to buy a small bottle of water for €3.

Was exactly like the pictures, absolutely stunning room in the heart of Tropea! Staff were very helpful over WhatsApp with a seamless and easy self check in. We would 100% recommend this property and stay again

The location, decor, everything was great! The only downside was that the shower water ran off onto the toilet, so my feet got wet when I tried to use the toilet.

The rooms were super clean and nice, and the location was great. They didn’t explain the check‑in procedures before arrival, which would have been helpful to know.

Nothing, The property was terrible, the worst we experience in the 5 weeks we have been in Italy. We left the property after 1 night we were booked for 3. The check in process was terrible, remotely let us into the very dark entry, no lights. The door to our room would not lock, so felt unsafe, the bed was ridculously hard, it was like a slab of concrete, my partner and I suffered bites to our body, we suspect from something in the bed, lack of facilities, the breakfast was at a cafe about ½ km away and was a coffee, croissant and a juice. The shower had almost no flow and would not stay at one temperature. We basically walked out and found alternate accomodation which meant it cost us more than double as a result. There was total denial from management that the property was not up to scratch. and our request for refund flatly refused
