The hotel’s location is good, with two metro lines close by. The staff are friendly and always helpful with any questions. The rooms are spacious and quiet. I really liked it.

The location is great, and the room is quiet. I’d return to this hotel if I visit Shanghai again. The shower’s water pressure was an issue at times, sometimes very low, and they couldn’t fix it.

The walk to the subway is acceptable, and the room is quiet. There was no reading lamp next to the bed, so the room was either dim or completely dark.

Everything was great. The bed was amazing. It was close to everything – pharmacy, restaurant, market, everything. The breakfast was excellent. Nothing to complain about.
