I sent them my feedback via WhatsApp, but the bed was terrible and the schedule wasn’t followed.

“Lugar excepcional”

The hotel was great, offering plenty of leisure options and courteous staff; what really impressed me was the space designed for parents with small children, complete with a microwave, stove, and all the necessary appliances—an excellent spot for families with little ones. Unfortunately, it was raining heavily when we arrived, so we couldn’t enjoy it fully. We’ll definitely return once my baby is older to make the most of the facilities, and he loved the farm animals. The gas shower had a minor issue turning on, as we’re not used to that system, and there was no signage indicating which side to set the heat; however, once we asked for help, they came to the room to guide us.

“boa, mas precisa melhor o atendimento ao cliente”

Loved the farm’s vibe, the restaurant, and the staff there. The front desk, however, was a bit unfriendly and seemed under‑trained. Their check‑in took a long 30 minutes, and they didn’t explain any activities—only when we happened to walk by did we learn about the June festival. On a rainy night water seeped into the room, soaking the floor, and the overall infrastructure felt a bit dated.
