Located in the heart of Baile Felix Spa Resort, Hotel Ami is 200 metres from the Apollo public pools. This 2008-established hotel features air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi, refrigerators, cable TVs, and spacious bathrooms with shower cabins. Some rooms have private balconies. The reception was exactly how I’d like it at any hotel, thanks to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us at Ami, a true gentleman, and we thank him from the bottom of our hearts. We have nothing to complain about.

Cleanliness was great. The toilet lid was leaning against the toilet seat that was in use.

The breakfast is normal and has everything you can expect at this price! The staff are present, the reception is warm, the atmosphere is intimate, and the ambient music is super cool. It feels like home! That’s what a holiday means! At least for us! Respect and admiration for the hotel administrators! We wish you all the best and hope you keep it up! We’ll definitely come back! As for the negatives, what could I not like? At this level everything is very good – the position, the guests, the service, the ambience, the food, the service – everything we expected! Thank you for the hospitality, we wish you health and hope you keep it up!
